The Rosedale Tour (13 km) – guided kayak or canoe tour starting from the Red Deer River Adventure main site and ending at the bridge in Rosedale. This is a very popular run that passes much of downtown Drumheller but is sheltered from it by large cottonwoods. As we launch you will see the famous World’s Largest Dinosaur near
downtown. An island coincides with the Drumheller Town limit and then the railway track and thick brush buffer the river from civilization so it feels more remote than it really is.

The badlands are quite spectacular in this area and important fossil finds have been made here. After a while you pass the Rosedale Bridge and the small hamlet of Rosedale.
