Ladoga is the second largest freshwater lake in Europe. The first place takes Baikal Lake which is also located in Russia and considers the deepest lake in the world! Ladoga Lake is located in the city area and Karelian region (former Finland) at the same time and this is where the Neva River stems from! This lake is so unique that we can rightfully consider it to be one of the most precious natural sites in Russia.
We invite you to join our unique and safe tour to experience the full flavour of traditional Russian fishing!
We pick you up at 7 am from Dybenko metro station and drive you to Ladoga lake in a comfortable transfer. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Along the way, we will stop at the famous symbol of the siege of Leningrad – The Broken Ring monument to listen to an interesting story about it and take some pictures.
Upon arrival at the lake, we change clothes and move to the spot on the snow motorbikes. During fishing, you will hear interesting stories about the Ladoga lake, enjoy the beautiful sunset, and in the end, we will prepare a lunch of caught fish for you. You can also take all your catch with you. The fishing itself lasts for 5 hours. In the end, we bring you back to the subway.
A transfer back to your hotel can be arranged for an additional fee.
This tour requires a booking for min 2 people.
In order to participate in Fishing Tour, you will have to fill out and sign the liability waiver. By signing the waiver, participants agree to assume responsibility for foreseen and unforeseen risks. We also highly recommend getting an insurance that covers fishing activity before your trip.
