London Children Museum

We called ahead to make sure they honoured mask exemptions. We drove 2 hours to go to this museum( 4 hour round trip). We went with my two year old. I used to go to this museum as a child. When we called they said it would be no problem just talk to head desk. When we got there we were denied entry, talked to the manager who said " I'm not calling you a liar but there are only two people who run the front desk, I don't know who would have told you that." Still waiting on a refund as we prepaid. I'm still pretty mad about it, we hyped this up to our 2 year old for days that he was going here. To put this into perspective we wanted a taste of normalcy before covid passport come into effect when my family becomes second class citizens in our own country... all because of medical discrimination.
On the plus side, 'Off the Wall kids' in London DOES allow for medical exemptions and were AWESOME! I'm pretty sure he had more fun there than he would have at the museum anyway. Shame on the manager and staff at the children's museum!
