A unique city tour that will not only show you the usual parts of the city such as the historic government and financial districts but also take you to parts other tours do not and mingle with the locals, walk in the colorful markets, visit the fast growing city of El Alto above La Paz and travel on the Teleferico (the new cable car system). With your local, knowledgeable guide (English-speaking) you will visit parts of the city on foot that would normally remain undiscovered by tourists, interact with the locals in a responsible manner and learn about the real life of the citizens of La Paz and El Alto. The tour finishes at around 13.30 in La Paz downtown.
For this tour you will get picked up from your central accommodation at 9.00 (if your hotel is not in the pickup area then you will have to make your way to a central meeting point) finishing approximately 13.30. Tours run daily except public holidays. Tour finishes in central La Paz.
