A bright airy small museum with local history, very interesting, guides knowledgeable and friendly. The smallish Christopher Pratt Art Gallery has some fine examples of his work, though only one I could find by his wife, Mary, and some excellent David Blackwood pieces among other quite choice pieces of art including an excellent art quilt commemorating the first world war which was made by the local Quilters Guild. Well worth the time spent, its just off the highway on the way to the remarkable Mad Rocks shoreline and the good Mad Rocks cafe.
