It is known that Baikal begins to freeze in January, and in late February – early March, the ice reaches its maximum thickness – about 1 meter. This short period is the safest time to organize tours on ice. The whole tour will take place with the participation of a professional guide – hikers. Overnight will be in specialized tents constructed for extreme conditions. Meals will be organized according to the weather conditions.
