Start in Salvador and end in Rio de Janeiro! With the Wildlife & Nature Photography tour Brazil Highlights, Group Tour, you have a 8 days tour package taking you through Salvador, Brazil and 2 other destinations in Brazil. In the afternoon, we leave the hotel for a half-day tour of the Rio Vermelho district.

Jorge Amado was one of Brazil's most renowned writers and several of his works were adapted for film, theatre and television. His books have been published in 55 countries and translated into 49 languages. But above all, he described Bahia as a person, detailing the typical customs and valuing the miscegenation of the population, as well as contradictions in their free and conservative way.

This tour will take you to Casa Rio Vermelho, where Jorge Amado and his wife lived with their family. You will also visit the house of Yemanjá (goddess of the sea) and the fishermen's colony. 

Finally, at approximately 6 pm, we will have dinner at one of the local restaurants to enjoy its cuisine.
